Performance and Obligation Monitoring: Continuously monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations within stipulated timelines, managing progress and issuing necessary notifications.
Claims and Dispute Resolution: When contractual disputes or claims arise, conduct thorough root-cause analysis and provide expert support to achieve fair and efficient resolution, minimizing financial exposure.
Audit and Process Improvement: Conduct regular contract audits to verify compliance and identify areas for process improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the Contracts Administration function.
