Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take full ownership of our accounting operations and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should already be based in Doha and have a strong background in the F&B or hospitality industry, with hands-on experience managing accounts for multiple outlets or business units.
This role demands not just accounting skills but also leadership, planning, and an eye for operational detail.
You will work closely with management to ensure the company’s financial performance is tracked accurately, budgets are followed, and cost-saving opportunities are identified.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Oversee payroll, petty cash, and reconciliation tasks.

Support audits and compliance with local regulations.

Supervise junior staff and coordinate with management on budget planning.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in Doha.

Proven experience in F&B or hospitality operations.

Ability to handle multi-outlet accounting structures.

Deep understanding of restaurant financial systems, controls, and reporting.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
