Salary Administration: Handling payroll tasks from start to finish without errors and with utmost confidentiality.
Legal Compliance: Qatar According to labor laws and regulations, managing employee benefits and ensuring everything is followed properly is a very important responsibility!
SAP Administration: Entering, processing, and verifying records for salaries, new joiners, terminations, and updating employee documents in the SAP system.
Data verification: Compare salary-related data with finance and accounting documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
Record balance: Verifying the balance of leave balances and quotas between company documents and SAP data to ensure consistency.
