IMC Group – Kulud Pharmacies is actively seeking a highly skilled IT Services Supervisor to lead and manage the IT support operations across all branches in Qatar. Job Summary
As the IT Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring all technical issues are resolved promptly, and maintaining smooth system performance. You will also guide and mentor a dedicated IT helpdesk team, coordinating closely with internal departments and external vendors to support the organization’s technology needs.
This role is perfect for candidates with hands-on IT experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement process improvements in IT services.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the IT helpdesk team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all Kulud Pharmacy branches.

Monitor and maintain system performance, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.

Manage IT assets and documentation and ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance contracts, and service agreements.

Support system upgrades, software installations, and network maintenance projects.

Provide technical training, guidance, and mentorship to IT staff.

Develop and implement IT support strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

Collaborate with management to plan for future IT infrastructure requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT service management, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Must be currently residing in Qatar.
