We are searching for a technical lead in agentic AI engineering to guide a highly skilled group of engineers responsible for reimagining and rebuilding business processes using modern AI-powered architectures.

Role Summary
As the Technical Lead – Agentic AI Engineering, you will lead a team of 3–4 engineers to redesign business processes using AI agents capable of analyzing and understanding legacy systems. Instead of transferring old code, you will build entirely new cloud-native applications that take advantage of modern distributed architectures.
Your work will directly support DEACERO’s organizational and digital transformation efforts, allowing the company to evolve its technology ecosystem with high-impact AI modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Mentoring

Lead, mentor, and support a small engineering pod specializing in agent-based modernization.

Set coding standards, documentation requirements, and architectural principles.

Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.

Help unblock technical and architectural challenges.

Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
AI-Driven Modernization
-
Design AI agents capable of extracting business rules from legacy systems (code and data).
-
Translate complex processes into modern workflows and cloud-native solutions.
-
Build multi-agent architectures that automate process analysis and redesign.
-
Oversee complete transformation pipelines from legacy data to modern applications.
Agentic System Architecture
-
Implement advanced agent patterns such as ReAct, Reflection, and Tool-Use.

Orchestrate multi-agent systems using Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and other modern frameworks.
-
Implement inter-agent communication protocols (MCP, A2A).
-
Manage long-term context, memory, and state for persistent agents.

Strong mentoring and team development background.
Technical Skills

Expertise in agentic AI design and implementation.

Strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript development experience.

Deep understanding of legacy architectures and modern distributed systems.

Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.

CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps practices.

Work Model

80% remote

Hybrid meetings 1–2 times per week
