Job Purpose:
Help carry out tasks in accounts payable. This keeps supplier and vendor bills processed right, records organized well, and data matched up to company rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check daily bills, handle them, and track follow-ups. Match with orders, receipts, and payment details.
- Confirm bills accurately. Fix any questions about them fast.
- Talk to bosses and teams for details. Handle waiting approvals and bill issues.
- Keep records straight. Review and match accounts payable details.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounts payable or accounting. Best in oil and gas or industrial areas.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Certifications like ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA are a plus.
- Solid skills in analysis, organization, and communication.
- Work precisely and quick in busy settings.
