We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Professional to join our growing finance team. If you have strong analytical thinking, a passion for accuracy, and experience with SAP, this is your chance to become part of a dynamic organization where your work truly makes an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play an essential role in managing and maintaining our company’s revenue cycle. Your main focus will be ensuring accurate, timely billing and effective cash flow management.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices both manually and through ERP (SAP – mandatory).
- Verify that all necessary documents and system entries are in place for accurate revenue recognition.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and sales departments to ensure seamless invoicing operations.
- Cross-check pricing, discounts, Incoterms, and export documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor client accounts, track collections, and help reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Maintain updated client ledgers and make adjustments when required.
- Support credit control activities, including preparing aging reports and escalating disputes as necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and company reporting standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✔️We are looking for a professional who is detail-driven and passionate about financial accuracy.
✔️4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a similar role.
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

✔️Prior experience in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing (API 6A) is highly preferred.
✔️Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

✔️SAP experience is mandatory – applicants without SAP background will not be considered.
