What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the full financial health of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting functions:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage and execute the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Cash Management: Conduct timely bank reconciliations and ensure the meticulous recording of all financial transactions.
- Collections & Procurement: Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances and support purchasing by creating and maintaining essential vendor lists/price matrices.
- Financial Administration: Handle necessary administrative tasks related to company finances.

What You'll Need: Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven professional experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and strong command of MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Location/Availability: Must currently be based in Qatar and available for immediate full-time employment.
